We’ll respond promptly to your enquiry, either by telephone on 01372 383 132, or email info@tsmdrives.co.uk. Talk to us about what you need, and your budget, of course. Also, about when you’d like us to install your new driveway or patio. We’ll manage your expectations as best we can.

Book Your Appointment

An on-site visit is a must-do. It helps us to develop some ideas for you, and discuss the processes involved. Here, we’ll start to understand your likes, dislikes, as well as your design style. And, why you’re looking for a new driveway, for example. We’ll have lots of suggestions regarding colour, style and materials.

Receive Your Quote

Check your in box! An email with a fully itemised quote will be there within a few days, if not sooner. It will be jargon-free and precise. You’ll notice that we’ve included everything, with advice on the most appropriate materials for your property and its soil conditions. This means that staff costs, installation and material costs, drainage, waste disposal – everything will be included. And crystal clear.

Reserve Your Project Start Date

Happy to go ahead? Great. We’ll discuss and agree payment terms with you, including your deposit – which will secure our time and enable us to put something in the diary.

On the day, we’ll turn up promptly in branded uniforms and vehicles. And off we go.

Keep Up to Speed

Your on-site project manager will be your day-to-day contact, keeping you fully up to speed with progress. You can call him, too. We’ll talk you through the whole thing, including drainage and what to expect from the end result. Changed your mind about something? No problem, but we may have to alter our quote to reflect the extra (or alternative) work.

Job Done

All waste and rubbish relating to your driveway or patio project will be disposed of safely. We’ll leave the area immaculately clean and tidy, too.
